For our second installment our guest Chef will be Chef Pierre P. Saussy.

Sunday June 5th they will create a Brunch feast.

Chef Pierre in no stranger to the island having had open L'Auxerre in San German. He is a CIA graduate and has worked in many acclaimed kitchens such as Union Pacific with Chef Rocco Dispiritu in New York, Melisse with Chef Josiah Citrin in California, Jean Georges with Chef Jean George in New York & Moulin with Chef Roger Vergein France just to name a few.
He is currently the Executive Chef at the Green Pig in Arlington Virginia.
